| No one to trust - Zah Meh |
My weakness I trust every one without doubt or thinking and what happen to me is as below:-
1. Trusted to Uncle after death of father and never show any difference and treat him like father, he is my father in law as well. All my life what ever I earned abroad sent him by trusting he is my father, now about £ 25000 I sent him and he say he has nothing.
2. Make partnership with my best friend in UK and started a business with him, after 1 year and 5 months I have to walk of business empty handed as he want to handle finance department and now company is only in debts about £ 12000 and no idea where he spent money.
One of my english friend told me not to trust him and take over the finance but I thought he want us to split and I ignored him.
Now I am without money without job and its becoming more worst day by day.
I don't know what I should do, I hate everyone especialy muslim brothers and can not trust any one now even my wife.
I think may I am going to be crazy. Please tell me what should I do?????????? |

Thanks. This is familiar story.
I am very sorry to learn of your disappointments especially from those who are close to you.
Human beings are very difficult as they serve their own interest first to the disadvantage of others. Your trusted friends /family have merely taken advantage of your trusts
To answer your question, there is hardly anything you can do to change what has gone past you but you can have some remedies and prevent it happening again in the future.
Remedies:
Provided you have oral or written agreement with those persons, no matter how it was made, you can and should be able to recover your money.
Also, you should be able to recover your money since you asked them to hold the money in trust for you and not to spend it.
The first step is to ask for your money verbally or by written letter from your debtors.
Depending on what you want and the relationship of those persons with you, you can involve a solicitor to help you collect the money. This may be difficult as it may damage your relationship. But if you don’t care about the damage, this will be your most effective means.
On the other hand, you can negotiate through your religious elders, families and friends that they pay up. Your debtors may listen to you and pay up.
It appears your business partner have defrauded you. In my opinion, the above steps could be taken to recover the money.
On the other hand, you may just forgive them, overlook these failings and as they say, move on. Sad but true that you may have learned a dark side of human beings. That said, there are still credible people in the world who can go to any length to help you, though they are rare.
Future:
a) First, do not give out money or do business with anyone that you can not trust
b) Always have a written agreement written by solictor for personal and business relationships.
c) Please check our booK (see www.myeexpert.com home page) titled: Relationship: What you should know and do before you enter into one.
It will help you to assess friends, business partners and family relationships. With this you can avoid future failings. Just be careful whom you trust.
I wish you well and I pray that your losses may be turned into profits for you and that you may find comfort in your future endeavour. God bless you
Now, do you still have questions? Please ask us.
Have we helped you? Why not tell others and your friends/Associates.
